The highest new entry of the week comes from Britney Spear, which debuts at three with Circu, which duly became his seventh U.S. Meanwhile, Spears latest album, also called Circu, debuted at number one in the U.S. Elsewhere on the singles countdown, Lady GaGa rises to a new peak of four with Just Dance, while Kanye West bounces back to eight with Love Lockdown .
